In late 2022, TNL restructured its business to enhance and sustain long-term returns for the Company and its shareholders. SECURED LENDING BUSINESS
Secured Lending Business through Oxygen Asset Co., Ltd (Oxygen) held 90% of total shares by the Company – Oxygen is a secured lending business specialising in the real estate industry. Oxygen aims to capture high-net-worth and corporate clientele by issuing loans of more than THB 10 million.

ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS
Asset Management Business through Oxygen Asset Management Co., Ltd (OAM), who has the license granted from Bank of Thailand under Energency Decree on Asset Management Company B.E. 2541, held 100% of total shares by the Company – OAM is a professional asset management company, managing distressed assets, including secured non-performing loans (NPLs) and non-performing assets (NPAs), from financial institutions through negotiation, debt restructuring and litigation process.

Financial Advisory Business
Financial Advisory Business through Oxygen Advisory Co., Ltd. (OA) held 100% of total shares by the Company – OA is a financial advisory services provider offering advice to a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large publicly listed companies. Our services include debt financing and restructuring, rehabilitation advisory and liquidation analysis, merger and acquisition advisory, and other financial services such as target due diligence, valuation, and business plan evaluation.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS
Real Estate Development Business through TNL Alliance Co., Ltd (TNLA) held 100% of total shares by the Company – a residential real estate development-for-sale business by investments through joint ventures with Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE). There are currently 9 projects under 5 joint ventures, consisting of Nue Core Khu Khot Station, Nue Coast Khu Khot Station, Khu Khot Crossing Mall, Nue Riverest Ratburana, Noble Create, Nue Hybe Suksawat, Noble Curve, Noble Aqua Riverfront Ratburana and Noble Curate
