Business Overview
Over the past 48 years, TNL has successfully generated consistent returns for its shareholders. At the end of 2022, TNL has restructured its business to generate higher and more sustainable returns for the company and its shareholders through a business transformation. At present, TNL operates four main businesses: 1) Secured Lending business, 2) Asset Management business, 3) Real-estate Development for Sale business and 4) Textile and Apparel business.

SECURED LENDING BUSINESS
Secured Lending Business through Oxygen Asset Co., Ltd (Oxygen) held 90% of total shares by the Company – Oxygen is a secured lending business specialising in the real estate industry. Oxygen aims to capture high-net-worth and corporate clientele by issuing loans of more than THB 10 million.

ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS
Asset Management Business through Oxygen Asset Management Co., Ltd (OAM), who has the license granted from Bank of Thailand under Energency Decree on Asset Management Company B.E. 2541, held 100% of total shares by the Company – OAM is a professional asset management company, managing distressed assets, including secured non-performing loans (NPLs) and non-performing assets (NPAs), from financial institutions through negotiation, debt restructuring and litigation process.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS
Real Estate Development Business through TNL Alliance Co., Ltd (TNLA) held 100% of total shares by the Company – a residential real estate development-for-sale business by investments through joint ventures with Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE). There are currently 7 projects under development consisted of Nue Noble Ratchada-Ladprao, Noble Curve, Noble Curate, Noble Create, Nue Core Kukot Station, Nue Hype Suksawat and Nue Riverest Ratburana

TEXTILE AND APPAREL BUSINESS
Textile and Apparel Business through TNLX Co., Ltd (TNLX) held 100% of total shares by the Company – TNLX is a manufacturer and distributor of finished garments and leather goods for men, women and children under licensed international trademarks such as ARROW, Guy Laroche, DAKS, ELLE HOMME, Olymp, and Absorba, as well as its own house brands for local distribution such as Erawon, Ozone, SMYTH & MYNE, and babble, and export.
