Dividend Information
The Company has a policy of paying dividends to shareholders
at the rate of Baht 0.20 per share, which is equivalent to 20 percent of the par value. However, payment is principally subject to the Company’s operating results and economic conditions. Dividend payments would be made from net earnings and retained earnings. Dividends would be calculated in proportion to the earnings in the Company operating results (unconsolidated statement).
