Subject : The appointment of Audit Committee
Attention : Director and Manager of Stock Exchange of Thailand
According to the Board of Directors meeting No. 2/2006 held on May
11, 2006 passed the resolution appointing. The present audit committee
which will come to the expiration of service term on May 2006 continue
on the position until May 2007. Then the plan will be continue. The
Audit Committee is qualified as the requirement of The Stock Exchange
of Thailand, the members of the audit committee are as follows :
Chairman of the Audit Committee : Mr.Padoong Techasarintr
Member of the Audit Committee : Mr.Boonyarith Mahamontri
Member of the Audit Committee : Mr.Porntep Ongsaranakom
Secretary of the Audit Committee : Mr.Woradej Puengsiricharoen
